With the most romantic day of the year fast approaching, Fairmont Hotels in the Northern Emirates are preparing a feast to remember at their signature restaurants on Valentine's Day for those celebrating romance, whilst singles are not forgotten with the anti-Valentine's Day event on 15 February at Lava Beach Club.

Fairmont Fujairah Beach Resort

Discover a memorable five-course set menu at the resort's signature restaurant - The Copper Lobster. The Valentine's Day dinner set menu starts with Aphrodisiac Punch; Dibba Bay oysters with ponzu eggplants, followed by Romeo & Giulietta; a crudo of tuna and mahi-mahi with puffed quinoa and lime marmalade. To cleanse their palate, guests will be served the Lemon Kiss, a special infusion sorbet, topped with sparkling grape and fruit caviar. Main course is the Love Birds dish; duo of wagyu beef fillet and butter poached lobster with a colourful beetroot sauce whipped with potato foie gras. For the grand finale on a sweet note, savour Love in the Air; creamy clouds of vanilla with textures of strawberry and peppermint.

Celebrate Valentine's Day with Turkish flair at the destination dining restaurant - Kiyi. Offering the best of authentic Turkish cuisine in a traditional Imperial Ottoman setting, embark on a culinary journey to experience the colours, aromas and delights of historical Turkey. With dishes derived from the traditions of the Topkapi Sultans Palace in Istanbul, this special set menu includes succulent dishes served in earthenware such as Keci Peynirli Pancar; honey-glazed beetroot salad with goat cheese and orange segment topped with toasted almond flakes. This is followed by Balik Corba; a heart-warming seabass soup with spicy herbed oil. Another delicacy is Kaz Cigerli Ordekli Ic Pilav; a slow-roasted duck breast with dark pilaf, mixed with foie gras and black current, served with apricot-glazed baby carrots. For couples desiring the luxury of intimate privacy, an exclusive experience is available in which dinner will be served in a private dining room with themed decorations, along with a dedicated butler service and your own oud musician.
